Are my payments secure?

What are the costs and delivery times?
Your jewels will be delivered by tracked mail at a fixed cost of 3.90 € for metropolitan France.
The delivery times and prices are as follows:Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days /3.90€.
French overseas departments and territories: 5 to 10 working days / 5.14€.
Europe and the rest of the World: 5 to 15 days / 8.40€.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
IIt is not recommended to wear jewellery when sleeping, swimming or exercising. Also avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics.
The patina tends to disappear over time. How quickly it disappears depends on the way in which the jewellery is cared for. The patina that fades is the result of perfectly normal natural wear and tear.
Store your jewellery individually away from light and moisture in the small ARGELOUSE cotton pouches when not in use.
What should I do if I want to exchange my jewelry or get a refund?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your package to inform us of your intention. Please write to us if you want an exchange or a refund at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged. It must be returned in its original packaging to:SASU ARGELOUSE

My jewelry got damaged or broken, what can I do?
If you bought the product from a partner shop, please contact them directly.
If you bought the product on our website or directly at our workshop or at an event in which we were participating: we offer a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase. This service is offered if the deterioration of the jewel is related to the natural wear and tear of the product and/or a manufacturing defect. After this guarantee period, we will be able to offer you a paid repair if it is possible. It will be the subject of an estimate.
